AR Groups Managing Partner Victoria T. Aguilar Receives Local Leader Award Interise

The AR Group, a business law and HR services firm, announced today that its Founder and Managing Partner, Victoria T. Aguilar, was honored by Interise with the Local Leader Award.

Interise is an organization that seeks to fill a gap in small business economic development by using practice and applied research to promote job creation, wealth generation, and community building. The Local Leader Award is for small businesses with revenues under $1 million and is given to recognize the community involvement and impact of a small business owner who has completed the Interise StreetWise ‘MBA’ and StreetWise Steps to Small Business Growth programs.

Ms. Aguilar was honored with this award at Interises 2^nd Annual Thrive event, which took place on October 17, 2013 at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston. Ms. Aguilars ongoing commitment to her community and active involvement on three local non-profit boards combined with The AR Group’s notable growth over the past five years were key factors in the receipt of this award.

Ms. Aguilar, who is not only an attorney, but also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, facilitated an interactive workshop at the Interise Thrive event entitled “Human Resources in a New World.”
