Led by a certified EEO Investigator and Counselor with decades of federal agency experience, our EEO training goes beyond legal compliance to address the behaviors and dynamics that create hostile work environments. We cover protected classes, what harassment and discrimination look like in practice, reporting obligations, and what happens when a complaint is made. 

Laws & Regulations 

For: Managers and supervisors without formal HR or legal backgrounds. 

Topics include: Employment Law 101 for Managers. 

Managers make dozens of employment-related decisions every week — on scheduling, performance management, accommodation requests, and more. This training gives managers a working understanding of the employment laws that govern those decisions, and practical guidance on when to consult HR or legal counsel.
