May 3, 2012 Firm News

The AR Group, a business law and HR services firm, announced today that Victoria T. Aguilar, the firm’s Founder and Managing Partner, was selected as an “Emerging Leader” by the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) and asked to participate in the SBA’s exclusive e200 Leadership Program.

The SBA’s e200 Initiative is the only federal training program that specifically focuses on executives of established businesses currently poised for growth, from communities across the country. The program provides the selected executives the organizational framework, resource network, and motivation required to build a sustainable business of size and scale.

“This honor and recognition is timely for me and my organization,” said Victoria T. Aguilar, Founder and Managing Partner of The AR Group. “We have grown tremendously over the past three years and are positioning ourselves for considerable growth over the next 18 months. I look forward to participating in the SBA’s e200 Leadership Program, learning from others’ experiences, and taking advantage of tools and counsel that can help take The AR Group to the next level.”

The SBA e200 Program started in Colorado in 2008. It consists of a nine-month training that includes approximately 100 hours of classroom time per participant and provides the opportunity for small business owners to work with experienced mentors, attend workshops and develop connections with their peers, city leaders, and the financial community.
