Given her experience, she has been asked to serve as a Member of the Committee on Conduct for the United States District Court, District of Colorado, Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee, and as a Delegate to the American Bar Association, representing the Colorado Bar Association in promoting these and other initiatives.

Victoria is also a highly sought-after expert witness and speaker on HR policy, EEO principles, human capital, and compliance-related matters.
