Victoria Aguilar is a recognized leader in Title VII EEO and Reasonable Accommodation compliance, and a thought leader on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles. Given her experience, she has been asked to serve as a Member of the Committee on Conduct for the United States District Court, District of Colorado, Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee, and as a Delegate to the American Bar Association, representing the Colorado Bar Association in promoting these and other initiatives. Victoria is also a highly sought-after expert witness and speaker on HR policy, DE&I principles, and compliance-related matters.

As the Founder of the Firm, Victoria has personally conducted hundreds of EEO and non-EEO related workplace investigations and dozens of Inclusivity Climate Assessments, Cultural Assessments, and Organizational Assessments on behalf of federal government and private industry clients. She also routinely delivers customized trainings on Diversity and Inclusion and related EEO compliance principles designed to promote more productive and inclusive workplaces.
