Tonia Gray Adams is a former litigation secretary with 20+ years of legal experience. Tonia is a Certified EEO Investigator, Counselor, legal and HR professional with over 12 years of experience conducting EEO Investigations, Workplace Investigations, Fact Findings, FAD Writing, and Misconduct Investigations.

Utilizing her prior experience and skills obtained working with various legal practice groups as well as federal, state, local, and administrative courts, Tonia conducts in-depth, exhaustive investigations into internal agency discrimination complaints, including but not limited to race, sex, age, national origin, and non-sexual and sexual harassment claims and misconduct allegations. Tonia also has extensive experience training on various state, local, and federal workplace anti-discrimination and harassment laws, statutes, and regulations.

Tonia holds an Associates of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management.
