AR Group attorneys and professionals have received awards and recognition for their work as top attorneys, community leaders, and successful business owners.

In 2007, Excelsior Youth Center recognized Victoria as a “Triumphant Woman” for serving as a strong role model to girls in need; in 2012, the Hispanic Chapter of Metro Denver named Victoria the “Business Woman of the Year” and at the same time, the US Small Business Administration selected her for its e200 Leadership Program. The accolades continued in 2013 when Colorado Law Week named Victoria one of “Colorado’s Best Women Attorneys” and in 2015, Attorney@Work named Victoria an “Enterprising Lawyer” for her innovative approach to serving small businesses.

More recently, Victoria was asked to serve as a judge in selecting finalists for “2019 Colorado Companies to Watch” Award and spoke at the 36th Annual Great American Beer Festival, addressing human capital-related concerns, unique to the craft brewing industry, and at a Craft Brewers Human Resources Group Summit in Sonoma, California on the topics of EEO compliance, investigations and harassment training. Most recently, Victoria has been asked to deliver numerous trainings and presentations to both federal government and private clients, including to the USDA Veterinary Services on Workplace Culture: Confronting Perceived Barriers Regarding Diversity and Inclusion.
