UNIQUE PRICING
The AR Group provides unique pricing models. Clients select the pricing structure that works best for them. With our experience, low overhead and efficient processes and structure, we offer flexible pricing options that most law firms don’t, can’t or won’t. And, for those who want an hourly rate structure, we offer that too — only at far reduced rates not offered by our colleagues elsewhere and certainly not even close to the rates offered by colleagues with similar educational and professional experience and skills.
Helpline Membership
The HelpLine Membership provides access to our legal team who will work, real time, to provide guidance on day-to-day operational issues. HelpLine Membership can be secured through monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual term contracts. Clients select the number of hours of legal support desired. Unused hours roll-over subject to a cap. The longer the contract, the better the flat rate. Only licensed and insured attorneys service your calls. Rates for this service will not exceed the equivalent of $175.00 an hour. The Helpline Membership is currently available in Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Wyoming. This option will be available in other Western and Mid Western jurisdictions soon.
Outsourced GC Membership
The Outsourced GC Membership is a term contract through which service and support from a dedicated virtual, part-time General Counsel is secured. Clients select a monthly, quarterly, or annual membership and decide the range of hours anticipated. Unused hours may roll-over to one quarter. The longer the contract, the better the rate. Only licensed and insured attorneys service these accounts. Rates for this service do not currently exceed $210.00 an hour. The Outsourced GC Membership is currently available Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Wyoming. This option will be available in other Western and Mid Western jurisdictions soon.
Project Pricing
AR Legal offers project pricing where a project can be clearly defined and agreed to. Project rates will necessarily vary, depending on the duration and scope of the project, but will always be less than our stated hourly rate. With Project Pricing we trust in our experience to understand the scope of the project and price accordingly while clients get the benefit of budgetary certainty and control.
Hourly Rates
For clients who prefer to an hourly rate structure, our partner attorney hourly rates are capped at $275.00 and our paralegal hourly rates are capped at $75.00. We do not charge separately for secretarial or other ministerial support.
